However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 770-422-2959 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Great Oven

Swheelsjr 6/6/2026

Very nice modern oven. It cooks well and evenly. The steam clean works well. Do not use the high heat oven cleaning method. It will destroy the motherboard.

GE does not stand behind their products -

Bkteach 1/25/2026

I am an avid baker and have always used GE products. I cook pizza at least 3 times a month and have my oven on 500°, which has never been a problem- 3 weeks ago I was cooking a pork roast at 500° for 30 minutes then lowered the temperature to 325°- Nothing touched the glass and when I looked about 10 minutes later the entire inside window was shattered- In contacting GE I looked to see if there were any recalls - there were not - GE sent a tech out ( service call was comped) and the tech told me it would cost 248.00 for the glass and 178.00 for the labor - I called GE to complain that I did nothing to cause the break and I expected the entire cost to be covered by GE - they did not agree and said they would comp 40% off the glass - and that was all - Unfortunately I need my oven fixed- Anyone considering purchasing a GE oven beware - GE will not back their products and you may be spending hundreds of dollars to fix damages that you had no control over causing -

Too many problems.

Nescau 6/26/2025

The door has never closed all the way. It takes forever to preheat. Like 15 minutes for 350 setting. Now when I open the door about 80% of the time it shuts off. It does not maintain the temperature that it was set to. It slowly goes to a lower temperature. It™€™s always down this. I should have called when it was brand new but didn™€™t. Now it is 5 years old ðŸ˜

My oven

Prosfigas 12/3/2024

Had the oven for a couple of months. No issues and cooking looks good. It takes a while to reach temperature but otherwise is working fine. Had trouble with Internet connectivity and even customer support could not help right away. Had to wait 24-48 hours to reset password/account! I hope it lasts as long as the one it replaced, a 30 year old whirlpool! It looks great in the space and the shorter height (from original oven) allowed me to raised the oven on two 2x4 and create an open shelf below it for my cast iron skillets!

Love the features!

bjornl 9/1/2024

It looks great, had a great price, and it has a lot of the features I like. Our kitchen is from the 1970's so this did not fit because it is wider and deeper than the typical ovens of the era for my part of the parish. We knew this going in on the purchase, but it means we haven't gotten a chance to use it as a daily user yet. I'll update the review once we've finished remodeling the kitchen enough to make it fit. We happened to get this model on such a step sale we couldn't really wait for our kitchen remodel to be done before the purchase.

Do not buy GE Appliances

NoGE4me2 6/28/2024

GE™€™s reliability is very poor based on our experience. Our wall oven was part of our new home build & needed service less than 2 months after we moved in. 3 months later our microwave needed service. We were stuck with GE because our builder did not give us a choice on appliance brands.

Cabinet Oven

dew9 4/17/2024

Oven works great, like it should. Easy and fast preheat. holds temperature well. Much improvement over our old wall oven which was on its last legs. Faults. Owner's manual, Page 7 oven controls, says that my model oven has an air fry option, but it doesn't. The 'Quick Guide' pages were cumbersome when printed out. There was a warning sheet that about flat top countertop stoves that was provided.... why?

Ugly

JohnAK 3/24/2024

The oven seems to work just fine. The color is horrendous though. While looking for a new oven, we found this one on the Lowes website and thought it was what we wanted. Lowes didn't have a similar one on display in the store, so when we ordered it, we thought the color was black (the part that wasn't stainless steel), but it's actually an ugly brownish color. And of course, it doesn't match any of the other appliances we have in the kitchen.

My oven fits perfectly and cooks great.

David 1A12 2/18/2024

Frankly one of the big pluses of this purchase is that the price dropped over $1000 from the time we originally looked at it. The oven works beautifully. We really like the fact that the pre-heat cycle shows how fast the temperature increases and changes if the door is opened. This makes judging baking times much easier. I love the size of the door window and the fact that the interior light illuminates the entire baking area so you can see how much the food is browning. I™€™m also pleased with how well the dimensions matched the description.
