This mixer works pretty well. Could be a bit more powerful though. Biggest problem is that this thing is SO. SO. LOUD. Like on the opposite side of the house with the doors closed in between I can still hear it. Wayyyyyy too loud for my liking.

Whisk broke when recipe is doubled

The very first use it suddenly stopped. I had wait for few minutes and tried restarting it worked fine. When I doubled the recipe for Swiss meringue buttercream, whisk broke into pieces! It™€™s crazy cheap quality.

Well made and sturdy compared to all the others I found in this price range, plus it accepts Kithcen aid attachments! Made butter right after I pulled it out of the box and washed it. It was very intuitive and simple to use. I am a new baking addict and did everything by hand, what a game changer for me. I'm getting te pasta attachment next. I love this new machine!

We got a GE mixer in December, used it about 10-12 times, and it began getting louder, and began to give an electrical smell with any load. Contacted GE, and the warranty service was EXCELLENT. Prompt responses, easy explanations, and issued me a replacement that I received within a week. The replacement works, but is as loud if not louder than the original.. It works, I guess this is just how loud these GE mixers are. Definitely WAY louder than my KitchenAid was.
