Love this model! It is spacious and well organized. The ice maker works quickly and produces the perfect size cubes- especially helpful when filling up our Hydroflasks and Stanley cups. Doors are a little heavy so we have to be very careful when opening so they don™™t bang on the wall.

Fridge has been installed for two weeks now and my wife and I are loving it! Its exactly hat we were looking for, we aren't big fans of the French door fridges with the lower freezer, as we think the freezer just ends up being hard to efficiently store items. of course you give up the wider upper portion but that's a compromise we were willing to make. The delivery was a surprisingly pleasant and the team were friendly and were in and out quickly. The fit and finish of the fridge are great. Now time will tell how it holds up but so far we have no doubts the fridge will stand the test of time.

Had to choose quickly, our previous one had died. Needed counter depth, and did not want to spend a lot. This one fit the bill. The ice maker system is noisy. When getting ice, it sends shredded ice all around. The gallon jug door shelf might be fine for some, but it reduces the size of the deli drawer. I would rather put the jug on an inside shelf and get back the deli space. Other than that, it seems to be okay.

The refrigerator was delivered with a small side dent. No problem. The lower grill will not attach properly. It will not clip on the right side. A service person is going to try a new part. The biggest issue is that sometimes, the refrigerator sounds like a fan blade is hitting something. Kind of like when you would put a playing card on a bicycle for that motor sound. We are waiting to see if that improves. Also, you have to be aware of what you put on the top shelf next to the ice maker. It will freeze solid. There is a label there warning about this. They are serious. We just have to be careful.

Overall, we are satisfied. The icemaker produces ice quickly, the ice cubes are oddly shaped, but that is fine. When you place a cup under the icemaker, some of the ice shoots out and misses the glass, so we find ourselves wiping water and ice particles off the floor frequently.

I've only had it for one week. It's okay so far. I am concerned about long term quality and durability. However, that's pretty much all major appliances any more, sadly. It seemed that independent reviewers gave Frigidaire better overall reviews than other brands, so I listened. I hope it was a good decision.The lower two refrigerator drawers hit the big door when opening (right side of drawers) because there's not enough clearance. And yes, the fridge door is all the way open when this occurs. Poor design.The two freezer drawers / bins had manufacturing defects on the fake "chrome" accents. I have requested two replacements from Frigidaire. Obvious defects like this should never leave the manufacturing facility. How could it be missed? Sad again.The two main doors are not level at the top. Installer tried adjusting with little impact. The adjustment bolt was not doing anything and he was afraid of breaking something. To level the door tops, the reveal in-between the doors would be messed up, so left it alone for now. Again, poor quality.The compressor is very noisy, unlike the last fridge I had that lasted 23 years! Frigidaire said this is common and the compressor is meant to run more often. One will have to get used to it, I guess. What's the alternative?The "Frigidaire Professional" badge on the outside, upper right corner of the door was NOT level. Unreal. One of the first things a prospective owner/buyer would notice and it's crooked, by nearly 1/4". Laughable, because it's not a great way to show off your quality when the plastic badge isn't even level. I got out my heat gun, carefully warmed the cheap badge and removed it. DONE. Glue came right off with a microfiber towel and NO more crooked badges for me. Great job, Frigidaire, now no one can even tell it's your brand unless they open it. Sad once again but you did it to yourself. Wake up those quality personnel. Or better yet, fire them and hire someone who takes pride in their work.

The refrigerator was delivered only a week when it began to make a loud squealing/screeching noise. The fan motor is bad and honestly is so loud it will keep you awake at night. A new one has been ordered but is back ordered. In the meantime, the temperature alarm has begun beeping. The unit has stopped cooling. So while waiting to have one very annoying issue repaired another issue rears it's ugly head rendering the refrigerator completely useless.

I just had this delivered to replace a 12 year old fridge ire professional series fridge. There are some improvements and downgrades. The improvements are better lighting, more room inside and more modern look. The downside is it™™s louder than the old one, The shelves and door shelves feel very cheap plastic. It came with a few dents on the side but they will be hidden by Cabnets. The nameplate on the door is crooked so I™™m not too sure why the quality has gone down hill. Hopefully the fridge runs well that™™s the important thing. Still overall a nice fridge with all the features I wanted, and the price was right.

Purchased online without seeing in store. Recommend using a flashlight to inspect fridge doors, found small ding at bottom after delivery. Unit will arrive with a million pieces of plastic and tape to remove. Fridge appearance is beautiful. Oversized handles great feeling and blend into fridge being chrome. Every shelf has chrome strip, beautiful. Dispenser is a good size for larger cups. Now the issues. Doors were level but freezer door shelf hit after install and had to make a slight adjustment, no longer level. Ice dispenser gives crushed ice and cubed with crushed only. It also is tucked too high and causes a mess trying to fill a cup. Compressor is twice as loud as my previous Fridge when running on high speed. Overall happy with my purchase on sale.

Fridge shopping is miserable, I didn't like anything I was seeing - we just lost our LG after six years and the repairman recommended not purchasing a Samsung or LG again with seriously leaves just a few options and the big box stores normally only have the big two. I bought this fridge sight unseen, and I could not be happier. The refridgerator is very spacious, the amount of room on the shelves is crazy. Door bins are ok, a little smaller than what I was used to but they fit everything I need them too. Love that there is a dedicated deli drawer and butter shelf/door in the door. The freezer has the icemaker in the freezer and not on the door which I really like. Plenty of room too. It is a bit noiser than our previous fridge but nothing we won't get used to hearing. But we are having a heck of a time getting the doors level. The fridge door sags a little bit, but we I am sure it is fixable. Luckily ours had a perfectly placed badge and no flaws on the stainless. And it is truly able to resist fingerprints too which I appreciate. Love the rounded handles and the ice/water dispenser is great too.
