A very nice freezer, we also purchased the fridge. Overall the units were easy to install and most of the trim kit was easy. The water line to connect both units was a bit tricky to install.

Love the two ice bins. The ice doesn't stick together either! Shelves could be adjusted a bit better on install but that's probably from where I purchased. Plenty of room for everything.

Our first unit was delivered and installed but quickly developed a huge frost buildup because the door was leaking. After a service tech diagnosed the issue the freezer was removed and replaced with a new one and it's been perfect ever since. Frigidaire took care of us quickly and completely. We also got the side kick fridge and it worked fine from the start although compared to the same previous model from 2018 we were replacing the quality of drawers has declined (plastic) and there is now no meat drawer.

I like the fridge, but wish it had a separate meat and a dairy drawer. The water filter that came with it doesn™™t seem to filter well. I used a water tester on the water from the dispenser and it registered over 230ppm. I guess I™™ll have to continue using my zero water dispenser. This tends to make the fridge water dispenser obsolete. Disappointing!

We purchased this freezer for the garage in our new home. Not only is it a great addition for freezer storage. But we entertain a lot and our kitchen refrigerator runs out of ice. This freezer has an ice maker with 2 catch buckets. We haven™™t run out of ice yet.

We have had this freezer for a few weeks. It freezes well, has good visibility of items. I like the soft freeze compartment and the double bin for ice making so you can easily make a double batch of ice if you need it but not take up too much freezer space if you don't need it. Clever design.

Had to purchase the new freezer along with the new fridge bc when the old model fridge stopped working - models changed and they didnt match. Freezer configuration is different from the full sized Electorlux, but cute ice in a lower pullout section is handy for kids to access.Ice maker is LOUD when water pulls into system. Not my favorite feature. Middle draw in freezer for "soft foods" like oce cream. I buy bread in bulk and keep that there. There are fewer drawers in this model which are replaced by shelves...unsure if I loke one or the other better. M H big bags of frozen veg are better suited for drawers, but boxed food fits better on new shelves. For our family of 6, this gets our freezer needs met in the kitchen (with matching fridge). Though I still have a basic deep freezer in the basement for long term storage like meat.I really didnt have many options to fit the cabinet space I had and this option was good enough for what I was able to spend. The cute ice is plus, but the load ice maker is negative.

Bought the new full size fridge and freezer twins. They are fantastic. Love the new feature of integrated water dispenser in the fridge and the new ice maker design in the freezer. Both have incredible light inside no more struggling to see with one light. It™™s got several. Instructions for hooking up the icemaker and water dispenser were a little lackluster and the printed o es are different than the ones online. Go with the ones online.

I purchased this unit to replace the same previous model that I had for almost 15 years. The new unit is slightly different with some nice improvements- pull out double ice drawers in the middle of the unit and the soft-freeze drawer for ice cream. The previous model also had wire baskets- the new plastic/glass shelves and drawers are improved. The drawers also slide on full rails with is another improvement over the last model that had clips on metal rails.

Works as it should ,Doors don™™t close as easily on their own as the previous models. Slight rattle and buzz when running which is annoying in an open concept floor plan. Also, controls don™™t read out current temp, only what the unit temp is set to. Problem circumvented by adding a refer thermometer that hangs in the unit. Overall pleased with the purchase

Ice maker never worked from day one. Called for service and was told it had a one year warranty. Others will say two years. When I finally got the unit serviced, (Under two year warranty) was told the the damage part was not repairable/replaceable. The whole unit needed to be replace. Two months later, still waiting to hear from Electrolux

Buyer BEWARE, same issue as everybody else. Ice maker makes no ice but leaks all over the floor. Technician came out and said it is not fixable. Called the 800 number given in the reply to all the other 1 star reviews and they said a recall was not in effect and the item is out of warranty. It is my opinion that the warranty doesn't matter because it is a faulty design element not expected wear and tear. I believe that It is a lemon, plain and simple. It is also my understanding that The Magnuson-Moss warranty Act is in effect and covers this faulty product. I will be reporting this as a faulty and unsafe item to the consumer product safety commission (https://www.cpsc.gov) as the leaking water in close proximity to the electrical components is a safety hazard in my opinion. I'm surprised that I have not yet seen a class action lawsuit or a voluntary recall. The previous paragraph is being shared as my opinion based upon the relevant facts and upon my experience.
