I bought this stove in Nov. 2022. It was stored in our Appliance store (family owned, not big box) for about a year before it was delivered to our house that was being renovated. The first we really used the oven was for Thanksgiving 2024. Roasting the turkey worked, long cook time, low heat. For Christmas, every batch of cookies I tried to make flopped (for some reason I thought I was not mixing the batches correctly, and so did my kids and husband ??!). And sometimes the oven would just turn off with an Error Code 2. New Years Eve 2024, had boiled some lobsters and then split them and put them in to broil for a few minutes. About 6 mins. later I opened the door and looked at them. They needed more time. I opened the door a few minutes later, the broil burner had turned off and didn't turn back on. We had to toss them on the grill. In January 2025 I had my trusted appliance guy over. He's extremely experienced and we've been using him to keep appliances going for 15+ years. He ordered a new electric component part (name ?). We are having the same problems. I called Customer Service last night. The person I talked to just said over and over that, at my expense, they could send out a repair person to look at it. Last weekend I tried a batch of chocolate chip cookies, the batch was in the oven at 350 for 16 minutes. The temperature never got up past 250 per the stand alone thermometer I'm using. At some point I upped the temp to 400. After 35 minutes, the cookies were half baked. I threw my last batch in a garage stove we have at 350 and they were perfectly done in 13 minutes. I've been experimenting with the broiler. This morning it stayed on for a full 25 minutes, checking the broil flame frequently. Which leads me to believe that if I open the door, that what causes the flame to go out. So now, every time I need the broiler, I have to keep the door closed, or reset the broil by turning off and then turning on every time I'm making bacon. It's so frustrating. I'm considering buying a new oven, but I don't want to spend the $$. I just want this stove to work. Oddly, on rare occasion, the bake function has worked. But the temperature takes forever to come up to point, if it does at all, and it has, at times, just shut down when it wants to and then we get the Error 2 code. Which is not in the manual or online for an explanation, other than Contact Customer Service. Trying to save someone else the same headaches.

After 1 1/2 years we have had nothing but issues with the 36™ inch professional gas oven. The temperature does not achieve nor maintain consistency and after frequent service calls with the retailer and $$$, we are disgusted with the quality of the product. A big disappointment!

We received our new dual fuel range a few weeks ago and already like it! The oven cooks very evenly and the top is sleek and works well. The top ignition took me a minute to get a hand of but other than that it™™s been great. I would definitely recommend. I love that it™™s stainless steel under the grates, I hope it holds up over time because it™™s really nice looking.

The oven is very nice temperature is accurate and the oven rack that slides is great. No element exposed is a good safety feature. I give the oven a 5 rating. The top burners, 6 of them are spaced to close together. You cannot use very large pots and pans. The outer edge of the pan does not allow food to cook evenly. Also when turning on the burner you want to use all the burners spark. Controls are hard to read on the stainless knobs. I do like that the knob you are using lights red so you know when the burners are on. I am very disappointed in my purchase but for over $5,000 dollars I will have to use it. Also the brass burners. Are already discolored and l have only had the range for a month.

The cooling fan on this stove comes on even after using the burner for a few moments. It's loud and stays on for 20+ minutes. There is no way to stop this function. I just moved into my beautiful new house and I am going to end up getting a new stove because of this, infuriatingly bad product design.

This range absolutely sucks. When using the cooktop, the inner ring will not adjust with the outer ring. The inner flame stays at MAX level constantly even if you adjust the outer ring to minimum. The inner flame only adjusts when you have *just* the inner flame lit. This is a HUGE design flaw. Simmering is nonexistent bc you are either scorching the middle of your pot or you have to stand there stirring constantly to keep the heat distributed. So unbelievably disappointed in this range. The cooktop is not functional and barely usable.

So far everything is running great. The installer did an excellent job coming out to install it on short notice. That's because Frigidaire itself didn't coordinate with the installer and it took a week to install. I had to call three times. In addition, I paid more to install the stove because it was propane. Frigidaire didn't disclose that, frankly they should reimburse me for that or least provide me some products as cleaning products for the stove. I will circle back in a couple of months to report on the functions, its too early.

This range is huge and has plenty of room. Be careful as the stainless will discolor with too much prolonged heat. The oven takes some getting used to and a bit to learn all the functions but a game changer in the end.

While we like the oven there are some concerns. After only about 2 weeks of use the metal colored disks around each burner have discolored and no amount of cleaning can get them back to looking nice. This was a new build so the delivery date was set by the builder and well before our move in date. When contacting Frigidaire we were told that since is was past the 30 day delivery day. So now I am being told I'm going to have to pay for new covers out of my pocket for a poor quality product. For the cost of this unit I am not happy with this. Also the oven is shallow and placing some of our older cookie sheets in our old unit they fit no problem. This unit is shallower and some of these pans will not fit. The oven is also not as tall on the inside as well and a standard oven.The stove looks nice other that the covers and the Professional line really doesn't equal better quality. I would attach pictures but is seems Frigidaire doesn't want people to see the problems

I bought brand new $6000 Frigidaire model PCFD3670AF range that didn™™t work from the beginning. The oven does not reach the temperature it is set at and can vary by over 100° at times! There is no option to calibrate it.They sent a tech to replace a part and it didn™™t fix it. I was told, sorry, there are no other repairs possible.They™™ve been giving me a runaround for months and I haven™™t been able to use the oven at all.It™™s brand new and under warranty but they won™™t replace it or take it back. Unbelievable. Stay away from Frigidaire and their parent company Electrolux.Terrible customer service and the warranty is worthless.

The stove was a bit of a pain to convert to propane, trying to find someone to work on it wasn't easy, but the stove top works well. The display that shows the status and controls of the oven does not work. It took a couple of weeks to get a technician on site to troubleshoot. It is going to be over two months before I can hopefully use the oven because the technician said their next available appointment was that far out and the parts may take a while to get here.

We are loving our new dual fuel, 36" range. It looks great, the burners and different BTU options are great and the convection oven is baking like a dream. Operating the oven with the two knobs isn't the most intuitive, that would be my only complaint. Otherwise we are loving it!

This is a commercial grade oven and is gorgeous in our new home. Only draw back has been the oven control knob was broken from the factory when it was unpacked and we have only been able to use the gas burners on the cook top but not the oven. I have called service and received an appointment for a visit to have the issue looked at. Hope all goes well.

Really disappointed. The fan is loud and turns on even when you aren't using the oven. I don't need a fan blowing while I simmer soup. The oven temperature is off by as much as 40 degrees. It beeps to say it's reached temperature around 30 degrees below where it should be, then it continues to rise until it's well over the set temperature. The double burners are obnoxious, as well. We often have to light them twice to get them to stay on and we have to hear it click again when we turn the heat up or off. It just isn't user-friendly. We have also run the oven numerous times, trying to burn off the chemical smell. 30 minutes was recommended. The first day we ran it for over an hour. Then again for another hour. Weeks later and it still smells. It makes me not want to put food in there.

Do not buy. I™™ve had mine less than 2 months and fan is already broken and receiving error codes. My fan has been on over 3 hours and won™™t stop. Worst part is you reach out to Frigidaire for help and they don™™t answer you, and when they finally do they say they™™re ordering a part that takes weeks to come in. Do yourself a favor for this price and go elsewhere. Customer service is even more horrendous than the oven itself!

Ordered to replace a 23 year old Kenmore Duel Fuel range (40 inch) which is still working, never serviced but cannot read display and cannot get parts. Tried to find a simple mechanical duel fuel unit but everything today is over complicated and micro processor controled. Decided on this unit because Frigidaire manufactured the Kenmore which has been a good range. Unit arrived and installed by local appliance dealer. DEAD. The unitl did not do anything. No indication of power at all. Even the gas burner igniters did nothing. The installer did his best to locate the problem to no avail. When he removed the back to try to resolve, I was amazed at the number of circuit boards and a wiring harness that resembled the harness used to control a jet engine. It's an OVEN. The installer is ordering another one and even IF that one shows up working, my confidence is gone. The complexity (which drives the ridiculous cost) is such that the reliability is in question. And chances are no parts will be available to repair in a few short years. I am seriosly concerned this was a bad investment and should have found a replacement on ebay. I guess time will tell.I believe that Frigidaire like many other companies have lost their way and concentrates on trendy marketing rather than the reliablity of thier products. Case in point, for me to post this review I have to opt out of the marketing sweepstakes and agree to the terms an conditions that allows frigidaire to use and sell my personel information. So you really don't care about the reliablity of your product otherwise there wouldn't be conditions upon you receiving them.

The range looks beautiful in our new remodeled kitchen. The oven preheats very quickly and bakes evenly compared to my old oven. I am still getting used to igniting the burners as they seem a little more involved than my old gas cooktop. But once lit, the burners are very powerful. I am also still not used to having knobs and dials on the front of the stove and sometimes I lean into a knob a little too much and accidentally engage the ignition. This is not a fault of the design, it's just something I will need to get used to as my old cooktop had the knobs on top. I had read other comments about the fan noise being too loud or staying on for a long time, but I did not notice this.
