The delivery was on time, the day they set it for and the workers who brought it out were quick, professional and got everything done very quickly. From making contact, when they got to our home to installing the product and leaving took about fifteen minutes. It is rare that when you set up installation and delivery these days that they show up and get everything done real quick.

Very nice product, compact and solid. purchased this because we, (wife and I) freeze and stock late season fruits and vegetables. the moveable wire racks serve this practice well also giving us good visibility of stored products. Bonus is the surprisingly bright "in use" exterior light, (LED) along with an audible alarm that sounds if the door is ajar. I see many worries of rodent access because of the small opening in the back. A small Velcro type attached metal screen with 1/4 inch openings (no screws) will solve this.

I have only had this freezer for a short time but so far I am well pleased with it. It came in a timely manner and undamaged. It fit in my small space perfectly but it has a great amount of space inside. Only time will tell. I'm a well satisfied customer.

It's new in our house, but working great. Really like the interior light & the indicator light that shines on the floor showing that it's working and proper temp inside. It also makes a ringing sound if the door is left open for 5 minutes. All good features. It also has a Shabbos setting, not necessary for us, but it makes it more usable if you're observant. It had the best reviews for reliability, but we bought a 3 year warranty just in case.

I have wanted a new freezer for 3 years and finally decided this was the year. I had spent many weeks looking for just the right one. It had to be the perfect size to fit in the space it is in, it had to have enough room to store everything that we use, it had to be at a price that we could afford and it had to be pretty enough to stand in my hallway because everyone sees it. We replaced a chest freezer we had had for years with this 13 cubic foot upright, and it is perfect for us. As the children are grown and out of the house, we did not need a large freezer. The upright offers greater organization than our large chest freezer, including in the door. An important feature for us is the indicator light which shows that it is operating, and we are very happy with this feature on this model.

I have only had the freezer for a few months but it is working as expected. Plenty of room in this upright freezer. I was able to change the direction of the door-swing by myself with the instructions provided. The door can be hard to open because the seal is very tight. The indicator light on the front is an extra bonus.

The freezer maintains temperature within a small variation. The temperature logger I placed inside shows only 1.6 degree variation throughout the day. The electric usage is much less than the rated value since it is located in a cool basement. Much better access to items inside than my old upright freezer.

It is tall and not deep, but that has made it easier to find items. Plenty of shelving on the interior and shelves on the door.

We bought the 13 cu ft upright garage ready freezer. It is the perfect size for our two person household. It is so quiet. It has a strong vacuum lock and a light that shines on the floor so you will know if the electricity to it is off. This is important if it is going to be a few days until power is restored so you do t open it. My cats don™™t really like the light.
